Pozcu Square

Pozcu Center is a mixed used office and boutique shopping center project located in Mersin, close to Forum Mersin shopping center, the project will consist of 3487 m2 of leasable retail area , 4500 m2 office units and 2836 m2 of closed parking as well as multiple terrace and common areas. Pozcu Group developed the land and created the project concept. The construction of the project is being carried out by a solution partner Majestik Construction with the management and leasing of the retail areas are being undertaken by Pozcu Group.
